A message from the Managing Director

A centre where nobody is treated as a number

People rarely come to a rehabilitation centre by choice. They come after a stroke, after surgery, or after a difficult diagnosis for a child. That is where our responsibility begins: welcoming you properly, explaining things clearly and never keeping anyone waiting without good reason.

My job is to make sure the clinical team can do its best work: proper consultation time, a pool maintained with care, insurance agreements that avoid surprises on the invoice, and a front desk that knows patients by name.

If something doesn't go the way you expected, I want to hear about it. Ask for me at the front desk; I'll be very glad to meet you.
