SNS patients: with a Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine referral (credencial) from your family doctor, you can have your treatment with us under the SNS agreement, subject to availability. Ask us about current waiting times.

For patients without insurance or whose insurer has no agreement with us. If your policy reimburses you, we provide all the paperwork your insurer needs.

Prices valid in 2026. Healthcare services are exempt from VAT. With an insurer or health scheme we have an agreement with, you only pay the co-payment set by your policy or scheme.
Questions about insurance and payment
Do I need a medical prescription to use my insurance?
In most cases yes, and some insurers also require pre-authorisation. Our physiatry consultation provides the prescription, and we send the authorisation request for you.
How does it work with ADSE?
We are an ADSE-approved provider: you only pay the co-payment in the ADSE table and we handle the rest. You need a medical prescription for treatment.
I have an SNS referral. Can I have my treatment here?
Yes, subject to the places available under the SNS agreement. Bring the referral, on paper or electronic, and your citizen card; the front desk will explain the steps before you start.
My insurer has no agreement with you. What can I do?
You can be treated privately and claim a refund from your insurer, if your policy allows it. We issue an invoice with your tax number (NIF) and any clinical report you are asked for.
How can I pay?
Cash, Multibanco debit card, MB WAY and bank transfer. Packs are paid at the first session.
