How it works

Your rehabilitation plan

  1. 1

    Physiatry consultation

The physiatrist reviews your history and scans, assesses your function and explains what to expect. This consultation also provides the prescription most insurers ask for.

  2. 2

    Goals in writing

Physiatrist and physiotherapist set concrete, measurable goals with you and the expected number of sessions. You receive the plan in writing.

  3. 3

    Treatment

Sessions in the gym, the pool or both, with the same physiotherapist and at the same time each week wherever possible.

  4. 4

    Reassessment

Every four to six weeks we review progress with the physiatrist and adjust the plan. At discharge, we send a report to your own doctor.
